Report an Accident
For glass replacement please call your insurance company direct and choose their glass replacement option or alternatively call Autoglass on 0800 363636 providing them with your insurance details
If glass replacement is not covered by your insurance company then you can call the driver helpline number on 0800 300675 and select option 4. You will be required to quote your Business Drive Card number and state that you are using an ARVAL/All Star card.
To report an accident within office hours call 01489 569955 and supply the following details:
- Vehicle Registration Number.
- Driver Name, Address, Date of Birth and Telephone Number.
- Incident Date and Time
- Incident Description
- Incident Location
- Weather and Road Conditions
- Is the Vehicle Drivable?
- Do you hold a UK Driving Licence?
- When did you pass your test
- Have you had any convictions in the last 5 years?
If yes please provide details.
- Describe all damage to your vehicle
- If any third parties are involved provide their details - name, address,
telephone number & their insurance policy details
- Provide details of any witnesses
- Were the police called - if yes provide attending PC name, PC number
and their station
- Were there any injuries sustained from the incident
- If possible a detailed diagram of the incident would be helpful
- Once all details have been provided then the incident will be reported to
the relevant insurance company. An approved repairer will be appointed to carry out an estimate and the repairs and they will contact the driver to arrange a convenient time for this to be carried out. If the vehicle is undriveable the bodyshop are able to recover the vehicle. The bodyshop should be able to supply a courtesy vehicle whilst the repairs are being carried out, if not book in for a time when they can.
